I stumbled across Omega late one night while looking for a kitchen sink fixture. I inquired regarding lead time as it was a special order. I quickly received an email that they would check in the morning and contact me. Guess what??? They DID! Michael was absolutely amazing. So helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He has had great follow up with lead times on all of my orders. My sink fixture experience was so positive that I came back to OF. I found all of the Delta hardware that I needed for all of our bathrooms. (Not listed on the website), but he was able to get it ordered and I received it very quickly. He has even sent follow up emails to confirm all is correct. In today’s world this kind of customer service has grown instinct. Building a house can be overwhelming and stressful. My experience with Omega Faucet has stopped some hair graying. Tax free (except AL) is also a huge plus. I wished I had ordered everything through them. Seamless! Thank you Michael.
