Project & Special Orders
For larger project-based or Special Orders (typically $5,000+), payment is often completed via wire transfer or ACH once availability and final details are confirmed. Invoice-based payment may also be used for Special Orders requiring pre-approval.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Restocking fees may apply:
- Open-box items: 3.5% on returns over $400
- New items: 5% standard restocking fee
- Special Order: 18% on cancellations & returns.
