Special Order items are confirmed directly with the manufacturer or authorized distributor prior to payment. Once availability, lead time, and final details are confirmed, the order is finalized via invoice or checkout confirmation.

Standard Checkout
Many items can be purchased online using major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. For Special Order items, customers who proceed with standard checkout acknowledge that availability and lead times may not yet be confirmed.
Project & Special Orders
For larger project-based or Special Orders (typically $5,000+), payment is often completed via wire transfer or ACH once availability and final details are confirmed. Invoice-based payment may also be used for Special Orders requiring pre-approval.

- New items: 5% standard restocking fee
